We partner directly with small-lot farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Costa Rica. Our focus
is
on sustainable, fair-trade relationships that ensure quality in every cup while supporting
the
communities that grow our coffee.
Do
you sell whole beans?expand_more
Absolutely. We offer 12oz and 5lb bags of all our current roasts. You can purchase them
in-store
or order them online for delivery. We can even grind them for you if you let us know your
brew
method!
What
is your roasting schedule?expand_more
We roast in small batches every Monday and Thursday. This ensures that the coffee on our
shelves
is always at its peak freshness, typically resting for 2-3 days before serving.
The Café Experience
Do
you have Wi-Fi and outlets?expand_more
Yes, we have high-speed Wi-Fi available for all guests. While we encourage unplugging and
enjoying the moment, we have designated laptop-friendly tables along the east wall equipped
with
power outlets.
Are
you pet friendly?expand_more
We love furry friends! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on our outdoor patio. Due to health
regulations, only service animals are allowed inside the café proper. We always have fresh
water
bowls and treats outside!
Menu & Dietary
Do
you offer vegan milk alternatives?expand_more
Of course. We offer Oatly oat milk, almond milk, and soy milk as alternatives for any of our
espresso or tea beverages at a small additional charge.
Do
you have gluten-free food options?expand_more
We have a rotating selection of gluten-free pastries provided by a local dedicated GF
bakery.
However, please note that our kitchen handles wheat flour, so we cannot guarantee zero
cross-contamination for severe allergies.
